[AGC] Water Rooster

I tried to mix the two, but it's more Rooster, than a witchsona.
My chinese zodiac is also the rooster, but i was born in the year of the Water Rooster (this years element is fire)
So i wanted to do something related to water. And that’s when my favorite “water” bird came in my mind, the kingfisher.

It’s color palette is radiant but simple and I liked the idea that it can be a water witch.
